In an ongoing project we manage a team with dedicated personel running managing services for third part.

We are here complementing the team with leadership economic handeling and technical support to third part customer. We run these projects on a daily basis and also do all the financial follow-ups as well as SLA (Service Level Agreements) figures.

We have a running project of technical maintenance work for second part. The project stretches over the most part of Sweden and at around 100 separate sites.

Here our technical expert comes to the site doing pre-maintenance for second part holding the contract. We even do battery swaps and smaller technical installations. This is spread all over Sweden geographically from Trelleborg to Luleå.

PROJECT DETAILS 3

We run an ongoing facility service for a property development company.

In this project we act as Property Manager for their different projects. We take part in business events, municipality meetings and follow up business leads for the owner. We also run some bigger events for the client. We manage all things like fire prevention and burglary deterrent systems, cooling systems and UPS problems.
